CW 40-718

It is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion with a higher ethylene content. Its remarkable performance characteristics are low-temperature flexibility and low-temperature waterproofness. This product has outstanding film-forming properties. The polymer film is soft and has good adhesion to low surface energy substances. It is suitable for applications such as packaging, plastic film lamination, printing, building insulation, building waterproofing, coatings and textiles.

9 series

Mainly includes CW40-905, CW40-906, CW40-907, CW40-916, CW40-937, CW 40-960 and CW FS-l. It is an environmentally friendly upgraded product of 7 series and 6 series products and does not use any raw materials containing formaldehyde and APEO. It has all the advantages of 7 series or 6 series products, but has higher environmental protection quality, and is suitable for applications with high environmental protection requirements such as indoors and clothing.

W FS-1

Vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion mainly used for building waterproofing. It does not use any raw materials containing formaldehyde, is green and environmentally friendly, and has the characteristics of high ethylene content, high film elongation and excellent fluidity. It is an emulsion base specially developed for polymer cement (JS) waterproof coatings. It has good compatibility with cement and can be mixed with cement at a ratio of 1:1. After being placed at 50°C for 30 minutes and then stirred at 2000 rpm for 4 minutes, the mixture still maintains excellent stability and fluidity.

1.Packaging
VAE conventional packaging has net weight per barrel of 50kg, 220kg, ton barrel, flexitank packaging and tank truck. Among them, 50kg is a blue square barrel and 220kg is an iron barrel.
There is a product label on each packaging barrel, indicating the product trademark, name, model, grade, net weight, implementation standard number, production batch number, manufacturer name, factory address and “environmental protection”, “do not invert”, “sun protection”, ” temperature limit” and other signs.

2.Storage and transportation
VAE emulsion must be stored indoors, kept dry and well-ventilated, and the storage temperature is 5°C to 37°C (if it is lower than 0°C, the product will freeze into clumps or even solidify, and will be difficult to thaw, and will easily form into clumps even if thawed).
Please use the product within 6 months (from the date of production). If it exceeds 6 months, it must be re-inspected according to the standards before it can be used. If the barreled products are not used up after opening, they should be tightly closed immediately to prevent drying and skinning.
Products should be handled with care during shipment. Inversion, impact, extrusion, and over-stacking are strictly prohibited. Special attention should be paid to anti-freezing, sun protection, and baking protection.
