Low Temperature Water Soluble Fiber

The product has low water-soluble temperature, complete dimensionality reduction, and good resistance to insects and mold. Under long-term sunlight, the fiber strength loss rate is much lower than that of other fibers. Since the fiber does not contain Glauber’s salt, there is no Glauber’s salt dust during textile processing, and it is non-toxic and harmless to the human body and the environment.

Product Features:

  • Low Dissolving Temperature
  • Good Resistance to Insects &Molds
  • High Strength
  • Good Light Fastness
  • Moderate Linear density &elongation
  • Environment-friendly

Description

We can produce low-temperature water-soluble fiber with different dissolution temperatures from 20°C to 70°C.

The main purpose:

  • Low-temperature water-soluble fiber is generally an intermediate transition material in textiles and can be purely spun into water-soluble yarns, non-woven fabrics and blended fabrics.
  • Used for water-soluble yarns to produce high-grade twistless fabrics, three-dimensional cut pile towels, separation threads, and sewing threads.
  • Water-soluble non-woven fabrics are used as embroidery base fabrics, disposable medical and sanitary products, etc.;blended with wool, cotton and linen, etc., they can increase yarn strength, etc.
